    WHEN DOES THE FAT LADY SING?

    The rumors of late, are not in our favor. It seems that 99.9% of the agencies, are communicating, via email or phone to the prospective parents that the cut-off date is 5/30. I've also been reading, that NO ONE knows for sure, until it's posted on the China Center of Adoption Affairs(CCAA) website. I'll keep everyone posted but...
